Mine automatically unlocks all the doors when I park it and open the driver door. Off subject, the power window child safety/lock out button works great for dogs too. My buddies dog almost committed suicide by stepping on the window switch while his head was out the window.

On mine, Only my driver side door will unlock, unless...

I put the truck in park, turn the truck off, then open the door. After I do that, all the doors will unlock.

I wish my Mazda had the automatic locks/unlock. I like the feature on the other three chariots.

I honestly, completely and thoroughly detest auto-lock past 15 mph doors and lights/chimes that activate when you lock the doors with the fob. As soon as I bought my truck I changed all that.

If I had toddlers I may keep the auto-lock feature active, but since mine are teens, forget it.

Auto door Locks - Personally I like them, dont have to worry about the doors being unlocked while driving or stopped in a bad part of town.

The Combine Brake lights and Turn Signals - You may want to look into what that actually does, and if it does combine them will they still work if you have your brakes on and turnsignals on? It sounds more like a default setting when you have a brake light out, how it will not allow the turn signal to blink while the brakes are engaged or something like that...

Well, I would like to do the high beams with fog lights, especially since I have aftermarket headlights and the low beams are so dim.
Thanks for the post. Smokey, do you think you can alter the speed limiter by altering the rating of the tires, like say how they do it on the charger. Well, it would be alot cheaper then the sc 3815 lol. All five lights on when braking, so would that mean that no turn signals while braking, that may lead to some turn signal tickets. I may have misread.

I wish I had the $$$ to get a StarScan tool. I could charge a small fee to change all these things for people to pay for itself. I saw 'em on eBay for $2700. Would be nice, but ain't gonna happen.

glad to hear the dog was alright.
i suppose if you didnt carry children or dogs, you wouldnt need to have the doors lock automatically. dont they do this though for all cars?

I've locked myself out of my truck several times. When I reach in to start the truck and shut the door....ooops..The doors lock. Friggin annoying! I set my truck up to unlock all doors at once too. I get annoyed when I go to the pass side door and it's locked. Then I have to walk all the way around to unlock. If your in/out alot, those little things can get very annoying.
