When I checked my confirmation information, it said that the lights were coming out of Georgia. So it will probably take them a minute to get to me here in Cali.

To convert the lights to 4300K HID's, do I have to change my wiring as well? Also, what would be the benefit; are they really that much more bright?

Silver, when I install my lights, im planning on wiring them to my parking lights if i can, this way they have power when the parking lights are triggered. It comes with a switch, so I will be able to keep em off if i wanted to. but why?!?! haha

 

ok well i just want them wired with the on/off switch so i can have them on when i want them. i dont need them on all the time.

 

I wired mine with a switch. They come on whenever I want them to. If it is a kit, then it will have the relay, switch, etc.

 

I just got the new Hella 500 FF's, but i did not put em on yet. They look cool!

I saw the "500FF", what is the difference? I guess I could search and find out.

Silver, I am going to wire my switch in, but I will only have juice when my parking lights are on. When they are on, i will have the choice of flipping the hellas on or off.

Ive been searching for info on the 4500?K HID bulbs, but im not having any luck. I guess I really dont know enough to search correctly. ha

 

Thanks for the link! I purchased a set yesterday. I've been wanting these for a long time. I'm going to wire mine up to a switch, that way I can have compete control over them!
