I ordered a pair for 360 tuners, i think they are just under $300 a pair. The one thing that I am not sure of is if the stock wiring in our trucks candle handle higher watted bulbs and if they can how high we can go before we started frying or burning through the wiring.

So far ebay has had the cheapest lights so far. Other than that just goolge Halo fog lights or Angel Eye Fog lights.

I do have those halo projectors. Only thing I don't like about them is that there is no white halo. Faint blue, blue, purple, red, green and yellow-green. Then there's a cycle on 7 every second through all the colors. I ended up disconnectiong the halo.
Oh, yeah.. I finally decided on a color and repainted the truck 3 weeks ago.

Check on eBay under "Halo Projector" for dodge ram. They also have some that are a direct bolt on just like the stock fogs.
