Default Need Help with front shocks

I have a 2006 Ram 1500 SLT Quad Cab. It has 55000 miles and all the shocks are shot. I put new Rancho's on the back. This morning I was working on putting in the quick lifts on the front. I had the tire off, top strut housing bolts loose and the nut off the lower bracket for the shock. I could not get the bolt to come out of the hole in the lower shock anchor. It has a rubber bushing in the lower control arm and the bolt was frozen to the rubber. I was using an impact gun for an hour on it and it would not move. When I would use a ratchet on it, the bolt would turn about 1/4 turn and then spring back. How can I get this bolt out of the bushing on the lower shock mount? I tried using a jack and setting the lower control arm at different angles and all the same. I really could use some help to get this done today.

thanks

Default same problem

same exact problem. looks like we are going to have to buy new control arms because nobody has the bushing. only the ones that attach to the frame. Great engineering huh?
