Wow, that is a sweet car. It's funny though, the top of the car looks like it only goes up to around the middle of the grille on the Ram.

But to answer the question, I’ve gotten up to 110 w/o a tuner, and maxed out the speedo w/ Superchips. And, yes while this was on public roads, they were both around 3 in the morning, and no one else was on the road. I have to say though, at 110, the truck was pretty smooth and handled a lot better than I thought, but 120 started getting a little scary. But, I have to say, since then, the fastest I’ve gone was probably 85-90 (in WV on I-81, speed limit was 75). Now, I’m more interested on how fast I can go in the ¼ mile, but unfortunately the closest drag strip is Lebanon Valley in NY, which is about 2 hours away. It sucks though, since there is a drag strip about 30 min away, but it is now the Consumer Reports test facility, and not open to the public anymore.

not really, my corvette does 125 with just a tuner on the quarter mile @ 11.7 sec...and that's something I drive every week (and not a Z06). I spent $350 to go that fast so why couldn't someone who spends $2K go 138 at the 1/4?

 

110 in my old 2nd gen 5.2 ram with a 5 speed manual, it got up there pretty easy but got scary to control, I had that engine going pretty good until the axle blew out on me...

100 in the new ram, that was last friday actually, my mom ended up in the hospital while I was up at work in a town about 25 miles north but I didnt want to lose my license either, so I dropped back to about 90...

and In my old beater nissan pathfinder, an 88 I got up to about 100 also with the 3.0 v6, 5 speed also, now you want to talk about scary!!!!!!

Now to top it off, I did go about 140 on my 06 yzf600 once, but pulled back because I have a lot of living left to do...
