Back tires sliding on bumpy turns.
One of the few issues I have had is while driving on a dirt road or across RR tracks is back tire "gliding" on a turn. I've heard installing quality shocks may solve this. This is not a major issue but it leaves my stomach in my throat when it happens. Any advice?

That's one of the reasons I love my truck. It is really fun when you are coming down a steep mountain dirt road with a washboard right before a sharp turn. My wife almost pissed her pants when we nearly went over the edge.
The thing is, this truck drives better on a dirt than anything I've ever driven (on a dirt road). Guess I got used to the weight of my old '90 GMC Suburban concerning the "gliding" issue. As far as slowing down...

Shocks will make a BIG difference. After the factory junk went in the scrap ben and the new Rancho set went on, it was like a different truck. It rides better now (lifted with 35's) than it did stock. Handles very well on and off road.

As for slowing down...i think the old folks home called...they want you back right away. It's time for meds.
