Default 2005 Hemi grinding noise

I just remembered to ask this question. My truck makes a grinding/whining noise going around 40-50mph while I have my foot on the accelator. If I let off the accelerator it stops. Any higher speed or lower speed the noise stops. Its definetely coming from the rear. Does anyone know whats wrong? Ive taken it to the dealer 3 times and they tell me the same thing "We didnt hear any noise now we need your $75 service fee collected " thanks.
