I'll be honest, I was all set to go the Diablo route to tame the cam I ordered. I love my 3815 but it cannot handle the cam. The Diablo can, as will an SCT, but the SCT does not offer all the support I want for the 04s yet.
I'm seeing instances of tranny issues, not widespread by any means, but out there none the less. Some insist it's on a base install. Also seeing it delete PCMs, not killing them, but requiring a re-flash. Also seeing the TM settings knock out the ABS systems, where a return to stock does not even bring them back.
To be fair, they are not widespread, but the issues do exist!

For now, I have the cam sitting in the garage until Diablo seems to have all their issues dealt with or SCT supports all the features I have with my 3815 plus their custom tunes or Superchips does the custom tune thing. If I don't have a solution in the next couple months, I guess I'll just have to keep the 3815 and go with a piggyback A/F controller and live with CELs for a while.

To the OP: It is completely a Superchips Question. I doubt it, but you can always post the question in the sticky up top...

If you could get it set to work for your truck by Superchips (which I doubt bc it is for a Ford) it would probably cost you more to get it reset than it would to just buy a used one. I get the feeling that if it costs $100 to get a dodge one reset to work for a dodge, to get a ford one to work on a dodge would cost a fortune.
