I have no idea about rhino, so I'll go with Line-X...

I have line-x which is much tougher, but rhino might suit your needs better. Rhino is typically softer and more rubbery so it will probably hold onto things better. I think they would be pretty close on dent protection, but I only have experience with line-x. A couple key differences between them are that line-x is sprayed at high pressure and high temp. so it doesn't run and they guarantee a certain thickness on your bed. Those and the fact that my Dad had line-x on his truck for more than 6 years without one problem sold me.

iv had the rhino liner in my old dodge for almost 10 years,
and its still in great shape, and if it ever fails or needs repair,
they will fix it for free
and if you carry tools or anything really in the bed a lot, rhino is the way to go
its like glue, sometimes i dont even use a tie down, stuff never moves around

Good Luck with that.

I'm a total Do-It-Yourselfer. I will do and try many things, but spraying a liner in my brand new truck is one thing i won't do. Even those 2 part systems that are being sold on ebay are not of the same quality. Second, you need the proper equiptment, spray booth...etc for over spray. You simply can not brush or roll on any type of paint and maintain the same texture and consistency of a spray.
I would save yourself the $150 and effort and just go somewhere and have it done for the $450 they get. You will be in/out within 1-2hours and it will be perfect with a warranty.

I have a Line X and mine has chipped and scratched i actually have like a long slice in it from putting something in or out of the bed so needless to say im not completely happy with line x but i will admit im kinda rough with it, but then again isnt that how its supposed to be used?

Yea you are supposed to be rough on them, that's what a bed liner is for. Usually rhino is the one I hear about getting torn or messed up due to it being softer and more rubbery. Go to line-x and get it repaired.

Out of the two I hear more good things about line x than any others. The one thing I wouldn't do is the DIY kit that was mentioned. Those seem to almost always end up in a poor quality finish especially after they are used and abused.
