Default Big tires for 2006 2500 MegaCab

What would be the biggest tires I could run on a 2006 2500 Mega Cab without a lift? I'd love to go with a set of bigger aggressive looking tires more for looks than anything. I'm thinking I could get away with 33" but would love to go for 35s.

Does anyone have any pictures? The stock tires look really puny!

Thanks!

with a level you can fit 35's and try using the search tool. This topic has been beat to death since 2002 when the 3rd gen came out.

Thanks - I've done a few searchs and I just find stuff related to the 1500, I'm sure that the 2500 would be different. I'll try again.

35's with a level kit, but if you are going to be using it heavy off-road, then you won't have a lot of travel, so either opt for an actual lift or slightly smaller tires...

The superintendent where I work has an 07 2500 with a completely stock suspension (no leveling kit). He has 295/70-17 terra grapplers. No problems at all.

Thanks!

Sounds like I'm safe with 33". That sounds good as it should fill up the wheel wells a little better yet not throw off the gearing/fuel economy too bad.

Anyone have a picture of a stock mega cab with 33s?
