ok so im literally installing my hids and i hooked up one side and when i went to turn it on, the light starts flashing again. i have the relay wire and everything!! do both sides have to be hooked up? i dont want to go thru all the trouble of takin out the light and unhooking everything and reconecting everything only to find i still have the same problem.... wuts goin wrong?
