Well after the *** f**ked up my truck I got it running better this weekend. After it took him over 3 hours to install the plug and then the truck was missing at idle. So I took all the plugs out and he had the gap at 40 and some were way over tighten and i did them all in less then 2 hours and this was the first time I had ever done them myself. I feel so much better now that i have my baby back and she runs great now. All i know is if I ever see this guy again he better run.
Well the next things I am off to do is my Nerf bars, Lift, Rear window tint, and a new grille for the front that I saw On LMC truck Parts.
So once again thanks to you all for your opinions and also letting me know that the moisture under the oil fill cap was also normal.

All 16 plugs in 2 hours your first time is good...have you tried to get some of your money back?

 

I have called the BBB and my lawyer and they said it isn't worth it but to put the word around the city about this guy. I own a painting busn, and will make sure everyone knows about him.
The funny things about this is on Friday went to the auto supply store to pick up a manual for the truck and as I walked in the guys that work there were laughing. The one guy there I bought the supplys from was telling the others what happen and the other guy says to me what was his companies name and I told him and he says that guy is still in busn. I said yes I guess why...He said He was over at my neighbors a few years ago and there was a fight with my neighbor telling him to get the f**k off his property.
All i know is NO ONE is touching my truck again warranty or not..I DON"T CARE.
The only hard part was next to the booster, but I ahve alot off tools so that helps also.
But I think if my wife see's him she will kick his "***"

I am glad to hear that you got your truck running right. As far as the mechanic goes, just make sure everyone knows what an idiot he is and leave it at that. No point in wasting any more time on him than it takes to tell someone about his ignorance.

 

Im sure that if he's pissed off enough ppl before thgis issue - he may not have to worry about the handful of sand... someone else could save him the trouble and do it themselves. Ive found that if a person is well known, and the other is just a d**k and the word is spread, the evil things happen anyways... whole probable denyability - I had that happen with an ex - his car got messed up by someone cause of how he was treating me and my kids at the time.

I didnt do it, I was told what happened and let my imagination recreate it but I dont know who did it; they tried to charge me with it but I was cleared because they couldnt prove I did - and his own dad recommended they be dropped... so that was an additional slap in the face when I got cleared, but I dont know if the ex knew that it was his dads reccomendation that got me cleared... and if he did I would've loved to see the look on his face cause I think that would have been like litterally being betrayed by what he thought as his biggest ally when it came to me...

Moral of the story - what goes around comes around. Have a good laugh when it does if you feel the need to.

After the few days that have gone by I am feeling better, Like now I don't wanna break his neck. But I do know is I know where he lives and I will get him back one way or another. The point here is I am tired of people like thataking hard working folks money and then being screwed.He gave me a busn. card that day I am running coppies of it and post them in stores and Laundry matts with my coments added to his card. When all this happened I wanted to go over to his place grab him and let him drink the trans fluid if you know what I mean.
As someone said ( what comes around goes around ) It will be coming around for him soon...
