the dealer told me that if i wanted a quieter rumble, to leave the stock resonator on and use a 3030xl. i guess it's how loud you want it.

 

Dont have a hemi but I had one on my 4.7 and it sounded pretty nasty... I was pissed when it fell off... the dumbass at the muffler shop obviously didnt know how to weld... I wanted to smash his head in... but I digress, its a boss sounding muffler....

 

i had one on my 05 hemi no resonator. i just replaced everything from the muffler back. it was the best sounding muffler i have ever had. made the truck sound like a beast when i wanted it too but it would rumble low when needed. sounded really good blasting through the tunnels in colorado at 90+ mph with all the windows down. when i get another 5.7 i will have this again.
