Bilstein 5100 ride-height adjustables

Anyone try the Bilstein 5100 Ride Height Adjustable shocks?? I saw them and was wondering if I am reading their descr correctly (http://www.bilstein.com/offroad.php#5100pre). Can you use these by themselves for levelling???? From the website it reads like you can.

Anyone know anything about these?
