They already replaced both sensors and did the reflash of the PCM as the bulliten states. I am convinced that the catalytic converter is bad since the other fix did not work.

I'd check to see if the POS dealer actually replaced your rear o2's...I bet all they did is spray them with cleaner. If they start giving you the run around about putting new cats on just bring up the federal emissions warranty....if cats go bad within 8 years or 80k miles they have to be replaced for free. This is outside of any other warranty you may or may not have with dodge or some third party place.

Thanks, I will remember to mention that when I talk to the service advisor in the morning. My guess is I will have to wait for them to order a replacement catalytic converter.
