I bought my 2004 quad cab just over two months ago for $12900 cdn with 71000 kms or about 44000 miles. It has the 4.7 though with 3.92 gears. I got the original wheels with new winter tires on them plus procomp wheels with goodyears on them that i can put on in about late may when the snow finally leaves here. I also shopped around alot and went 800 kms or 500 miles to get it. It also has the powertrain warranty until 115000 kms or april 21 2011. Hope that helps you.
