I have the same problem. Some say its a vent door that has broke shut so it blocks the air. I was quoted 300 bucks just to take the dash all to see what the problem was. And there was someone who had theirs fixed and it was 800 bucks. Hope that helps not what you want to hear.

I have the shutter door problem as well. It will only blow out the face vents, not the defrost or floor.

Luckily, dealership owes me the fix.

If you ain't getting air from anywhere I would say blower motor but if no air from face vents then gotta be the blend door.

Sorry to say but that's not having the dash apart compared to what you'll need to do

Severe......that was funny.....thanks for the heads up......

the guy at the dodge dealership said the same thing....the blend door....is it a part that needs to be replaced and if so, i wonder if i could find a pic to see where it's located.....i think i could replace it myself if i could see a pic.....i don't want to pay $800 if all it takes is a little time to fix it......

thanks for all the help guys.....this is a great resource......
