Default shift kit

Good evening,
I just bought a shift improver kit from summit racing. Trans go is the brand I was wondering if anybody had any luck or has installed one in their trans. I have a 45rfe trans. I was looking for any advice or information anyone might have.

pretty simple. but, you can also go to a local lube place, and have them drop our pan, drain you, and install the kit and filter for pretty cheap.

I was wanting to know derrick transgo makes two different shift kits. One Is for $50 and the others for $70, but it says the $70 one is when you rebuild your trans. Is their anyway the lube shop could put that in without a rebuild or should I just go for the $50 one as the description is very vague.
