I Threw My 1st Code & I Have Proof
Well I have owned 4 Dodge Rams in my day and I never thrown a code until today. P0139 reared its ugly head. I hooked up my 3815 and logged the problem. Looks like I got a project tomorrow with some o2 sensors. You can see that it just sits there at 99% and never moves. I reved the engine up to 2200 RPM during this shot...
P0139 = O2 Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

The o2 sensor took a ****. You can see during the rev that the voltage and the trim % never changed. Plus it should never be that high anyway. Its just stuck, meaning its just burned out. I get excited when I can actually see that the part is bad and its not just a random glitch. I guess its just me. I get excited when I get to read FDR's (Flight Data Recorders) on airplanes and diagnose the problem without getting my hands dirty. I like the new technology I guess. Try doing this with a 71 Plymouth Valiant,my 1st car by the way that was the coolest color out there, Baby **** Green and the most indestructible engine in the world slant six!!!
