Cool Painting stock Machined Wheels...
I have a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500, I have the stock steel painted wheels and recently just picked up some stock OE wheels from a 2008 Ram 1500. Now it being a machined finish....How would I go about prepping the surface for paint?

Is it the same Scuff and Spray method?
