why dont the make a 2inch lift for a 2005 dodge ram15004x4

man give it a minute geeze. they do. its called a leveling kit.

use the search function. crank the tbars or get leveling keys. TONS of info on here about how to do that. i think theres a DIY on both of them also.

Silver is right. You can get up to a 2.5" leveling kit and it will raise the front of your truck to the specified height, and it is fully adjustable. If you need a little lift in back, throw a 1" block in the rear, or put helper springs in. That what I did.
