I'm looking at either a 2006 or 2007 Ram 1500 quad cab hemi. I'm trying to consider performance, fuel econ, and general new features.

Would you recommend one year over another and why?

Or isn't there enough difference...

The trucks only have minor differences. So I guess it just comes down to price...

 

not sure where you are located but i might be selling my 07 1500 if you are interested???

 

The 06 has better tuning features available through diablo. The 06 headlights have that ugly orange stripe in the headlights, the 07's don't. That's the only difference.

They are basically the same, BUT you could always get an Edge tuner if you get the 07.

 

no big difference. the only noticeable ones would be the headlights and the taillights. i guess it depends if you like the smooth ones or the rounded tails
