Default Problem with Air flow in the cabin

Hey Guys, I have an annoying problem that I just noticed. When I am running my heater the air flow is not coming out on the floor, even when set just for the floor setting. It actully blows out the top on the winshield. Tried on all the differat settings and nothing helped. I have never taken apart the dashboard. Its an 06 quad Cab Ram. If anyone could help me here that would be great.. Since its driving me crazy... Thanks Steve

Just the floor setting. When I set it to the mid level( I guess you would call it that) It flows right. Like I said I have never taken the dash apart or anything. I dont know how the the air is channeled through the ducts on trucks. Was wondering if its electrical, or ever if it might be covered under my extended warrinty????
