Default Just bought an '05 Ram 1500!

I am completely new to the third generation Ram, but am far from being new to this forum! I've owned a dodge neon, then a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500, and since yesterday, a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500!

I absolutely love this truck, it's immaculate! It's a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab with the 5.7L Hemi and sport package. Truck only has 26,000 miles I'm just insanely in love with the way this truck drives. Dodge really made some huge improvements from the 2nd generation. I always loved the look of my 2nd generation, but it never drove quite as nice as it looked. I was able to get out the door at $22,000 flat with a 7 year/100,000 mile warranty. I just can't get over how smooth the truck drives, and how powerful that Hemi motor roars! It's EXACTLY what I've been looking for, all black with the four doors, and the big 20" wheels. I couldn't be any happier! Can't wait to start contributing to the 3rd generation section, and I hope to learn a lot from you guys.

Yeah, it wasn't any kind of "deal", but it was in my price range. I could have gotten out there for $20k, but I paid an extra $1900 for the warranty, that was my biggest priority. I'm just in love with this truck

good call on the warranty, its definatly worth it. keep an eye on your steering components, thats prolly where that warranty will come in handy

welcome to where all the fun is at
congrats on the new truck. it looks to be in perfect condition. i like the bed stripe and the miles are unbelievably low for something of that year. now you can finally join the black truck club
