2.5" level owners
I just bought a 2.5" level kit, my question before I put it on is, does it level the front and back equally? Or does it put the front higher than the back. I though I read in a post a while back that 2.5 was what was needed to completely level our trucks. Or is each truck different (and I should have measured my truck before I bought). I always buy **** without checking. Thanks for any input.

thanks, did you meaure before you bought them and put them on? I just dont want the front sitting higher than the back. I rarely tow anything. As far as measuring do I measure from the ground to the bottom of the highest point of the fenderwells?
It takes 2.25" to perfectly level a torsion bar front Ram 1500. I can't speak for the coil front ends, but I think the Rancho Quicklift I helped a buddy put on his '06 was 2.5" and it looked pretty darn level when we were done...
It only takes $20 in parts to lift the rear up an inch if it winds up being a bit higher. I would go for it, then if you think its a bit high, get some 1" rear blocks. The stock rear shocks and everything will be fine with just an inch in the rear.

Maybe I will take a pic of it on level ground, jerk. lol
I was contemplating on putting a 1" block in the rear also. Just havent gotten around to doing it.

I put a pro comp kit in and it worked really good. but i found that you can adjust the level. Every one turn on your key bolt is one inch at the wheel by the way you turn it of corse. But thats only on tortion bar set ups. I aslo put 2 inch longer shocks it made it ride way better.
