Hey guys it has been a little while, but I finally got time to tinker around and I found the problem.

I started by taking off the factory air cleaner and putting on one I had laying around. It was not pretty, but it was functional. Did not solve the problem. I decided to take off the air box (the piece that has 3.7 embossed on it) and install the air cleaner straight to the throttle body. The noise vanished. I put the box on and off a couple of times and the noise would come and go. I am guessing the air box has a leak or something. I am just going to order a CAI and go on my merry way.

Just wanted to let everybody know in case they run into this problem.
