Default I just cant decide

Alright so in 4 weeks I will have about 400 bucks to spend on the rig and it is between 3 different things to which I would like to buy.
The first is a black brush guard from deezee which looks sick

The second is a better built toolbox for the back to store the tools i am getting and to replace the storage that the subs will take up

Third is a sound system dual 12's and new head unit

I don't know which one to choose and I am leaving it up to you all to decide for the tie breaker so help me out on which one to get first.

I vote audio, but that depends on what components you are going to use....

Personally I like the brushguard. I think they look really good on the front of these trucks.
