shocks or struts?

I've been reading alot and it seems that there are 2 different answers to if a 2007 ram 1500 4x4 has shocks or struts.Which is it?Does anyone know forsure as I need to know before ordering bilstein shocks.I'm confused.Thanks

shocks but they are a "strut type" design inside the coils
