I think that you would have a good chance. I know that stock or basic bolt on modded f-150's are slow. The forced induction one's are another story but I think you can take a stocker.

for the ford comment.....i have taken a older maybe 02 5.4 triton, {pretty sure stock} with mine by 2-3 car lengths at 70 mph, thats being honest. im highly modded and i think that that year ,that engine for ford is about the same hp even though its a bigger engine

 

First lets say I do drive fast almost 70% of the time but there are times when you don't wanna be bothered to race...And when you have one of those ( F ) things come up to you, Well lets say its like pushing s**t off the road. Some days I like just to cruise home from work with my tunes without an *** near me. And for Canada we are proud of our Country and our trucks so don't go there. I don't dislike anyone from the states and my wife is from grandforks ND....
I have lived in BC all my life and I know BC loves there Dodge trucks and I and many more HATE FORD TRUCKS...
