Default Head Unit

I was looking to upgrade my system in the truck. I was wondering what size is the headunit on a 07 dodge ram that has sirius radio.. I thought it was din and a half, or was there another term for it? also, if anyone has any insight on good headunits that offer touch screen w/ gps, satellite radio, aux input, or anything kick *** of a headunit i would like suggestions.. either ones that have worked, seen or any upcoming head units that will be available in the market in the near future. I don't mind costs, i just want a good head unit. so any suggestions would be cool.. thank you.

would something like that fit in the original place of the head unit, or is theresome modding needed? And if i wanted a radio equipped with sirius, do i need to buy another sirius receiver or can i use the existing one off my truck that i already use?

hey that eclipse head unit u posted up, has it had good reviews? I'm not entirely sure how the whole audio system upgrading things work, but i plan on putting subs, changing out the door speakers etc.. is this a flexible head unit for that? or does head unit usually not matter for something like that?

heres a review http://reviews.cnet.com/in-dash-car-...-32400486.html
i have an eclipse head unit and i have had no problems with it. its a great radio. any aftermarket radio is good for speakers bc they supply more power per speaker than the stock radio

Yeah I definately love my double DIN and its full touch screens. Certainly the way to go if you have the funds IMO.
