Umm well Oracle lights has a site in the works, but alot of people sell oracle products (they kind of are the expert in halos) but I think that is more of a custom product. Advanced Automotive Concepts really sells alot of their stuff

Now you can definitely build these! I found the FX projectors, not too expensive and almost a perfect fit...of course they put a ton of work beyond that, but the projectors are the real eye catcher
