Default Will these tow hooks work on my truck?

Will these bolt right up? the guy says they are for a 02-05, but i always thought the tow hooks were seperate hooks, not on a bar like this...
anyone know?

It looks like that is the same part, wonder if you can get the bolts from the stealer or if he has them?

do i need special bolts or can i just go to the hardware store and get some grade 8 bolts?

also, where exactly does this bar bolt up?

i looked, but dont have a good pic of mine on the truck. they mount in the gap between the license plate and upper bumper piece. sometimes there is a plastic valance or body piece there that gets removed, then they bolt in.

yeah, i have the plastic piece, i'm assuming i can just cut a couple squares out of the plastic piece and put it back in..
the price seems decent tho..

i think the whole plastic filler comes out, somehow. then u can sell it after u put your towhooks on.

I got my tow hooks from the Steelership. The box came with the tow hook bar, two plates with the bolts welded in and a two backing plates (I'd say 5-6mm thick).

does the bumper really need to come off or can you snake it in there somehow by maybe loosing up a bracket ?

Yes the bumper needs to come off but it's easy. Just unplug the fog lights first and drop it on a blanket. This is my tow hooks I installed 6 months ago

I like the look of the tow hooks sitting behind the plastic. Very clean.
