Default Doing a Body Lift

I have my instructions, but didn't bother to look at what I needed to do this. What would I need to be able to put my body lift on myself, with just a garage, no lift to bring my truck up, but I do have a suspension lift already. Do I even need a lift? Because I thought that I just needed to lift the frame from the body, and then do my bumper brackets, etc...if you can understand what I'm saying please respond back .

lol, 2003 dodge ram 1500 5.7 hemi, already have a 5" suspension, getting the 3" body, then going to 37" tires and selling my 35" in about 2 weeks to get new gears...anyway, thats what I got.

What kind of stands would you say to use? Anything cheap? It will be cheaper than my labor...but I can get it done for about $350, should I do that instead?

Ok, I just looked over my manual...I think I am willing to pay $350 instead of what I saw :S. But I got another god awful question. After 5" of suspension, and a 3" body, how much lift would an add-a-leaf give me? My keys are not cranked all the way, and I can spare 1"-about 1.5" amazingly.
