my insurance broekr told me i should of hit them so i had some evidence of the person at fault but id ont so now im getting shafted with the sur charge.. oh well life could be worse...
and if i would of hit them they would of died all i know was it was a small honda civic or a echo

I had something similar happen to me. By avoiding an imminent accident and potentially killing somebody, I caused another accident. The person that I would have hit just kept going, and insurance dinged me for the other accident.

well for me i JUST recovered from a super bad head injury at work involving a 350 lbs steel drum smashing my head and knocking me out for a while. So i didnt wanna risk reinjuryng mmyself and i knew.. if u had them they would be in some serious hurt...
