Hey whats up gents and ladies. I talked to you guys recently about taking the plastic off the 05 rim.... which i found out to be way more work then I was willing to do... Anyway this morning I ran up to the Lowes here in ann arbor mi. I bought some Valspar plastic primer, black paint and clear gloss... I happen to have one of my rims off already because a pitbull tore a hole in my sidewall... Anyways after i scuffed all the chrome up i cleaned it all off and removed my center dodge emblem.... I just put the 3rd coat of black on over the primer.... its looking real good once I get this one done I will post some pics of how it looks... Cheap way to have some custom rims.... anyways ill keep you updated peace out!!!

 

ooooh anyone know where i can get some custom center pieces for these rims?

 

just paint them a different color

yeah i just finished the last couple coats of clear coat.... ill take a picture tomarrow.... anyway i think u guys will like it.... as far as painting the center piece a diff color.... I dont want the ram one i want a custom one.... so i was wondering if anyone has seen a place where u can order customs

 

you could always reuse the center peice and try to put something over it
