Should I throw more money at this truck?

your suppose to change the plugs and wires every 30k miles. my sister bought a brand new cheap cherokee in 05. she kept having to take it in for tranny issues with like less than 10k on it. well once they got that fixed an electrical problem kept happening. she would be driving adn all her lights and gauges would shutoff and not work. they couldnt figure out the problem and it was declared a lemon and she got her money back. so i would say if its a lemon is will stay being a lemon...

Take my 02 4.7 for example. This thing has been through hell and back and never once let me down. I don't think it matters what brand you buy these days, a lemon is a lemon. I wouldn't say that makes the entire brand garbage.
I think everyone here is right when they say don't go back to the dealer. I think that will alleviate a lot of your problems. My old man bought a brand new blazer and the engine went twice on it. each time the dealer fixed it. The 3rd time it went, he took it to an independent garage and they solved the problem. Now the thing has 350,000km on it.
I'd go somewhere else and see if that solves your problems, but if it didn't I'd get out of that truck.

Throw it away and get something else. The day you have to get something fixed on a vehicle is the day it is officially dead. It will NEVER be right again, take my word for it. I have had too many money pit vehicles in my life. Any more, a vehicle is nothing more than transportation from A to B. Anything else is a pointless waste of money.
