The drone isnt that bad. It's deep sounding but you will get over it. I personally like it.

Does that Aero 3030 clamp in or do yoy have to weld it in? I assume its shorter than stock. If you weld it in place how do you weld the stainless to the stock pipe? Only system I have put on was a bolt on cat back on my durango. This 3030 seems like a good sounding muffler. I liked the Gibson on my Durango. I don't want anything too loud. How does the 3030 compare to gibson or magnaflow? Is it better to get a full cat-back system? Thanks

what about this:

http://www.aeroexhaust.com/f150_exhaust_system.html

is that different? It says it combines a muffler and resonator in one?

go to aeroexhaust.com I saw they have some pics and some reviews. All good things to say. I think there was some sound clips. Also search youtube, I'm sure there are sound clips there also. Most say they left the stock reasonator in tact.

does anyone have any input about the Aero3030 vs. 3030XL (w/reasonator)? experiences? sound comparisons? performance comps?

I was wondring the same about the two different mufflers? Is there such thing as a bolt in muffler replacement? I have a cheap welder, but I suck at welding!
