The right side got destroyed and I found my trailer mirrors on Craigslist. I would sell my flip up for 50 bucks

Well for those that may be thinking of switching to Tow mirrors, I have noticed something I really didn't even think about before I got them.

I have lost about 1.5 mpg on my fuel economy. I've gone 2 tanks now, and am down to 15.5 mpg's where as I was getting 17's before hand... Doesn't bother me as my fuel is reimbursed by my job, but for others thinking about switching, might put a damper in things...

I clicked your link to the mirrors on Ebay but it showed them for 98 to 01 trucks. They still fit our models? Also, how easy was the install? THANKS

hmmmm... no, I just did a quick search for that link, must not've paid attention to what I was clicking on...

Just search "Ram Tow Mirrors 07" or whatever year your truck is

Is that mileage mixed driving or highway only? I'm only averaging 10.5 mpg on my truck. You wouldn't think that those mirrors would cause that much drag.

It's 90% highway driving. Cruise set on 62, fairly flat terrain. There might be something else wrong with my truck, but as of now, the only thing I changed was the mirrors, and the drop is pretty significant.

That is pretty significant, especially with the type of driving you're doing. Hope it is just the mirrors.
