in the headlights i have 10000k hid and 8000k in the fogs.. the fogs work perfect my only problem is the passenger side headlight keeps flickering. the driver side is fine it fires right up.. any ideas

Check my DIY H.I.D. Fix thread and it explains how to fix this exact problem.

If only one side is flickering you have either a bad bulb or ballast. I just went through the same thing with my passenger side fog light. Replaced the ballast and everything works great.

Not necessarily. I encountered the same problem on two of the three rams I've installed hid kits on and the capacitor fixed it.
