it came with them light brackets and plate brackets. but i dont think im mountin lights on it its a good place for the winch!

Looks good I think that extra bottom bar is for bumpin low riders. I see you tried it on your dog lol. I want one but the price is a little high for the SS modles but I have SS nerf's and bed bars. Is that a under the bumper frame mount or did you mount it to the tow hook horns??
