Question Help getting Front Struts off 06 Ram

Hello this is GatorKen's wife again,

He just called and is having problems getting his struts off.

The bolts that secure the bottom end of the strut that connects to the control arm will not come out. Apparently they can get it 3/4 of the way out and it gets stuck. Any tips.

Thanks a bunch.

He got them off. Apparently the one rubber bushing inside was all chewed up and was getting the screw hung up. Thanks

Default I agree

Ken's wife again.

We have been overwhelmed with the problems this truck has had since we bought it. Of course if any of the problems fall under recall issues we are told by the dealer, nope not your VIN, no recalls, yet we have the same issues. Ken has said this is the last Dodge he will own. While looking into issues, we find out by the time we purchased it with approx 20,000miles and it already had both front axle, calipers, rotors, and 1 wheel bearing replaced, among other things. This truck is a nightmare. Looks great but keeps breaking.
