Default Powerwire Placement

Well, I went to Radioshack today to get some 220 resistors and leds (I'm putting LEDs under my dash all the way across) and saw some 4.7K resistors, and it reminded me of that powerwire DIY mod I saw so I bought them...

Okay, I did a search but never found pics on this...Do any of you have pics of your homemade powerwire and how to do it??Thanks in advance, please no SEARCH WORKS or any of that crap

When I did mine I simply soildered two wires to the ends, heat shrinked the whole thing and then crimped two male spade connectors on each end. I cut one of my IAT wires and crimped two female (insulated) connectors on and then plugged in the resistor. I then used 1/4'' wire loom to cover the whole thing.

Nope, no better MPGs overall. I ran the numbers on the SC3815 and it did trick the computer into seeing a colder air value but thats all. I do have a REAL powerwire also but all it is is a 4.7k resistor with PnP ends on it.

okay...I put a 1/2 watt 4.7K resistor in the blue/green wire coming from my intake...there was only a blue/grass green and blue/hunter green wire coming from it.

I dont know if you remember me posting a video of my "hemi fart" but i just went and drove a little bit and then gave it WOT and guess what...no fart anymore!
