Question Need help finding a Noise, 2003 Ram 3500 4x4 diesel

i have a 2003 dodge Ram 3500 diesel dually 4x4. theres a noise (sounds like a bad rear end) comming from the front driveline , i changed the 2 outer hub bearings & all fluid & noise it still there, the noise is between 0-50 mph. i also remove the front drive shaft, and the noise is still there but its a slitly higher pitch. the noise is there if i am under load or just rolling.
what else can it be? (there AAM rears)
i have 90,000 miles on it and need some help here.. thanks..
