ok i stand corrected but that was right up close lol couldnt you just get some 5 dollar pipe and make your own ?? it wouldnt close but why would you want it to ???

^ to pass emissions(not sure though) and since they are illegal its easier to have them close when the cops are around lol

That depends on how the law is worded....Here according to the law, its illegal to use on a highway... Thats it, it does not specify anything else but on a highway... But they can still get you for being too loud I guess

You still pass emissions with the cutout as long as it is placed after the cats.
