Ram did pretty good for having a baby cam and being heavy.....but that lightning dollar for dollar will always win. Simple pulley swap, headers and tune put it around 450rwhp depending on the pulley size....and you can do that for under $1500. If you want a quick truck that can be made fast dirt cheap a lighting is the only way to go. Problem is it's more of a toy truck....it has the tow and payload of a tacoma.

hardly call that "worked". i guess i'll never understand why people try to compare naturally aspirated engines to turbo / super charged engines. if you want to compare apples, compare them to other apples not oranges.

hey i dont no i was just lookin at this stuff and thought a dodge should win didnt no you would be all over my *** about it lol just thaught it was cool but that dodge looked better anyway imo
The SRT 10 just beat out the lightning for fastest production truck, two exrta cy are not going to make up for the extra bulk of the Ram and the Super chrager.
I love the 5.7 hemi, but a 5.4 super charged engine is just a hell of lot more power in a lighter package, hemis in the Ram are not high Rpm engines that can withstand 4500 to 5000 Rpms.
Any thing with a super charger is going to make more go..
