1) a coil spacer is pretty much a coil spacer, I'd prolly just make sure I stuck with a brand I heard of.

2) Yep, you'll get a CEL unless you do the non-fouler trick (also in the FAQ section) or buy simulators. Only a custom tune would be able to override the CELs at this time, no canned tuner will do it.

3) Superchips for a near stock to mildly modded truck, Diablo or SCT if you intend to mod the hell out of it...

i would still go with the edge. it monitors all your temps like your tranny and has a speedometer too.

A simulator does the same thing but has a chip in it to "tell" the PCM what it wants to hear. Downside is unlike a non-fouler at about $5 each, the sims are about $100 each...

The only reason I don't recommend the edge is that with them basically only doing the '07s and not releasing a tuner for older Rams or even the '08s, it looks like they have abandoned a tuner solution for the Hemi Ram. I question the availability of necessary updates in the future.
Other than that, for the '07s at least, a solid product...

not really, I think I just posted about this yesterday. The modern Hemi cats are about the highest flowing stock cats out there.
I did long tube headers and put the cats back on. Just extended my O2 sensor wires about 18" to accomodate the length of the headers. It keeps a little back pressure which you need for low end torque.
These modern cats are NOT the cats of the 70s and 80s that were restrictive pieces of sh*t.
I went true dual on my old '98 RCSB 4x4 5.9, and ditched the cats and did the non-foulers, never had a CEL. I'm not so sure it made a difference on it. It SOUNDED like it had more HP, but in reality, I don't know that it really did...

If you're not dropping a big cam and some heads, then you won't see any gains from losing the cats. You may actually see a loss due to too little back pressure. The hemi cats are surprisingly high flowing. Keep your cats and avoid the hassle.

Most aftermarket mufflers are going to drone, if this is an issue than I recommend getting a cut out intead. Loud when you want it, no drone when you don't want that.

As far as tuners, SC or diablo. The Edge was a good unit in it's day . The problem with it now is that they have abandoned the hemi market, and they are not offering any upgrades to the tuner. SC and Diablo are constantly upgrading their tunes and either one will blow the Edge out of the water now days. The Edge was awesome in it's day, but that time has passed.

As far as spacers, they're all the same.
