Default Got My Build Sheet..have a couple questions.

I ordered my build sheet from Dodge yesterday and it came back today via email. Very surprised it was so quick. Anyway, I just had a few questions if some of you have some spare time to answer. Thanks

In response to your email, we are pleased to provide vehicle build
information as per your request. As per our records, your 2005 Dodge
Ram (VIN: 5S323627) was equipped from the factory with the following:

Quad Cab Thunder Road Value Group (what does this entail? there is no ThunderRoad badging on the truck)
4 Wheel Disc Rr Anti-Lock Brakes (only the rears are ABS?)
5-Spd Automatic 545RFE Transmission (is this the standard trans)
Lock-Up Torque Converter (good/bad/standard?)
3.92 Axle Ratio (are these the gears to have? daily driver/min tow/min offroad)
Corporate 9.25 LD Rear Axle (?)
Anti-Spin Differential Rear Axle (is this like what they called posi-traction?)
Auxiliary Transmission Oil Cooler (is this standard or an added option?)
Heavy Duty Engine Cooling (is there something upgraded here?)
Next Generation Engine Controller (?)
4X4 Tracking (?)

Rear ABS is standard
5 speed trans only option
Standard tq converter
Good gear ratio
9.25 is the size of the ring gear, Light duty axle
LSD good IMO -They don't call it posi anymore
I believe the trans cooler is standard for auto trans
Engine cooling is standard HD
Thunder road value probably means the 20 inch wheels and a few other small things

Not sure on engine controller & 4x4 tracking.

Not sure about the ABS being only in the rear, Thunder Road only means it is grouped with certain options, Yep, you got the trans everyone else has mainly, LU convertor is good because it helps save gas in OD. It means whenit locks up the engine and trans spin 1 to 1 and there is no ''slippage''. 3.92 are fine to drive with. I have them as do most others people. LSD is the same as POSI but you will need to do some thread searching on the clutch pack retaining clips on those and make sure you dont have issues like everyone else (myself included). You have the trans coller and engine cooling because I bet you have the towing package. They are the coolers in front of your radiator.

Stormin264,
Where did you get your build sheet from? I also have a 2005 crew cab and would like to know what my truck has in it. Thanks
