Default Thoughts on Edge Evolution?

Hi all,

I'm thinking about installing the Edge Evolution in my '07 Hemi and I'm curious to know what you all think of it. I've seen a ton of good stuff on the superchips but I have to admit I really like all the data you can see from the drivers seat with the Edge too.

Thoughts pro or con?

Oh sorry well edge is a good product and has a lot of nice features they dont see to care about the hemi anymore and arent updating it. superchip or diablo are constantly updating theirs so i would go with one of them

The edge is a very nice product. If I had to choose a tuner for an 07, I would either choose the edge or the DSP. Wouldn't bother with SC.

My personal opinion is that it is a solid product, however I would not purchase one. The fact that Edge has NOT produced a product for the '08s nor anything previous to the '07s, indicates that Edge is pretty much out of the Hemi tuner market. So I seriously question how good support of the product or if updates will be available for the product down the road...
Yep, the way tuners are looking right now, Diablo for '06+ and Superchips for '05 and previous Hemi's. Although if Diablo gets transmission support for the '05s and back, and if SCT can do the same plus add basic features they currently lack such as tire size calibration, my opinion on this could change...

Depends on if you want that nifty little dash pod or not. I have the Edge tuner and love it. Don't have 1 bad thing to say about it. And Edge HAS put out at least 5 updates since I've got mine. They haven't put out an update in awhile, but the tuner does what I want it to do.

**Dang that picture's old... only 13k miles... Man those were the days... lol

Thanks a million guys... these things seem to have as many followers and opinions as they do model numbers. I guess I don't understand how without some sort of dash pod or view screen you could really tell what the chip is doing...

They seem to cater to the diesel market. Not so much for gas.

just for kicks, i called them today to find out what was goin on with the hemi applications. I was on hold for over 10 min and gave up. Im curious, i've used them on my boss' diesels and they were outstanding. It would be really nice if they would come out with more app's.
