Default Question for DMH e-cutout owners.

I ordered my cutout last weekend. I paid for it with paypal and all that. I never received a tracking number or anything saying it was shipped. Is this normal or should I contact them in and see what is up? Thanks guys!

They dont bill you til they ship it. I had the same question for them and the day they sent me an email saying it shipped was the day I got billed for it. You may want to give them a call or email them just to "check" on it though cause when I ordered mine I had to do it over the phone they were having issues with their paypal account. It shipped the week after I ordered it (ordered it on a Wednesday, it was shipped the following Monday and I got it by that Thursday)
