cutting out cats, what sensors to use?
I tried searching but couldent find more than a do it yourself thing. We are cutting the cats out of my buddies 04 hemi ram. We are trying to find the mil eliminators/dummy sensors to put in place to keep from throwing a code. I found some but they were not plug and play so i figured if anyone knew it was you all here. Any help would be awesome. Were looking to just buy them and pop them in place to save time and so we know its going to work right. Thanks!

like this, for a dodge, the non fouler havent worked for some, but for others have, from what ive read, and dont want to chance a hit or miss.

I haven't seen any of the eliminators for the Dodge. The non-foulers usually work from what I have read. I would remove my cats anyway on a 3rd gen. The flow pretty good and keep the exhaust from stinking.
I have yet to see the non-fouler trick not work, sometimes you gotta put a little steel wool in them for a really stubborn PCM, but that's about it.
For those with more money than sense, you can buy simulators for about $100 each and stick them in, they are plug and play, but I've read many a posts where they didn't work for some people at all...

but seriously... just leave the cats in there. they're so high flowing you're not gonna notice a difference with them out, possibly even a LOSS in torque. theres no reason to take them out unless you absolutely have to
